We are proud to share that The NC Coastal Land Trust will receive the Conservation Organization of the Year award from the NC Wildlife Federation. North Carolina Wildlife Federation announced the winners of its 61st Annual Governor’s Conservation Achievement Awards. These awards recognize and honor conservation leaders in North Carolina – from professionals and volunteers to young conservationists and lifelong conservation heroes.
We were proud to nominate them for this well-deserved recognition and are thrilled that their extraordinary conservation work is being honored. Their leadership in the Save the South End campaign helped ensure that the south end of our island will be permanently protected as the South Topsail Preserve.
All award winners will be honored at the NCWF awards ceremony and banquet on Saturday May 2nd at the Embassy Suites in Cary, NC.
Join us at this special event. RSVP and purchase tickets for the 61st Annual Governor’s Conservation Achievement Awards. Early bird pricing ends April 1st so get your discounted tickets before its too late!
